Nevotec specializes in the production of welded components and structures of various types. Our services enable the execution of orders for clients from multiple industrial sectors – from construction, machinery, and automotive to energy and the maritime industry.

We have production halls with a total area of over 2,000 m², equipped with a continuously developing machine park that enables the execution of the services we offer.

Metal Processing and Cutting

Our extensive machine park provides a wide range of machining services, including milling, turning, grinding, and drilling.

Additionally, we offer gas and plasma cutting services.

Welding Services

We offer comprehensive welding services for steel structures as well as individual components. We weld steel and aluminum using MIG/MAG and TIG methods.

We are certified to manufacture ship components, offshore structures, and machinery and equipment for the maritime and offshore industry (Bureau Veritas Mode II Certificate).

3D Design

We execute orders based on the client’s provided documentation or guidelines, as well as our own proprietary designs.

Service and Maintenance

We offer a wide range of maintenance and repair services for various types of industrial machines and equipment. Our company specializes in the repair of containers, balers, compactor containers, hydraulic presses, and many other devices.

Equipment Refurbishment

Rising steel prices and market shortages are one of the reasons we introduced our equipment refurbishment service. This solution is not only highly cost-effective but also promotes an eco-friendly approach. It is worth noting that the turnaround time for this service is usually much shorter than for new machines.

Complementary Services

As part of our projects, we also offer complementary services such as sandblasting, glass bead blasting, and spray painting.

Additionally, upon the client’s request, we provide assembly and transportation, including international shipping.
